The Coview system
comprises two primary functional areas. At the core of the
system, is the
central administration where your company
maintains it’s customer files, the document and file repository,
and the distribution, control and messaging applications. It is
from here that the system is administered and controlled. The
second critical area is the ‘recipient’ or ‘client’ function,
which operates on a desktop or laptop and will provide the
client with immediate access to your companies documents and
services. This function is downloaded onto the desktop of each
client of the company (customers, members, agents, partners
etc.) that the company wishes to provide documents or digital
content to, and these may be located anywhere.
