The implementation of Coview is intended to take place over a
period of weeks (dependent on the size of operation) rather than
months. The system is designed to be highly intuitive, so that,
along with the training provided to the administrative staff,
familiarisation is achieved very quickly. The implementation is
performed in two parts.
The initial phase provides for the company’s administrative
set up of customer definitions, the importing of the
documents and deciding which documents are available to
which clients. This phase will be performed as part of a
defined project. The second phase provides for the roll out
to the company’s clients, staff or partners and is
completely intuitive. It requires no intervention by the
company, in either the client installation or in the use of
the system.
